Challenge #103 - Easter

The Paper Shelter (TPS) announced their newest challenge just in the nick of time! I almost missed it! I go back to classes Tuesday and tomorrow will be spent getting back into the rut of studying and playing hermit. :) lol I exaggerate! I love to do that! :) lol

So TPS is having their Challenge #103 and its theme is Easter! Great! I've been working on my Easter cards. I am also entering this in Raisin Boat's #9 - Easter / Spring Projects Challenge

The image I've used from TPS is called I'm the Easter Bunny

These are the Copic markers I used to color the image and I am not specifying exactly what color used on each item because if you'll notice... she's got a basket full of colorful eggs! It's all I can do to remember what colors I used period! lol ;) I think I've written how I struggle with short term memory... you know... in that I don't have much of one... :-\

So here is the list of colors: E00, E11, R20, E18, E15, E13, YG41, YG45, R01, R000, N0, N2, N4, B00, B04, E31, E33, E35, R43, V05, V06, Y19, B24, B23, Y06, YR15

Here is the card:
I used green and pink card stock, textured white card stock and printed paper from my stash, Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Circle nesting dies and an alpha stamp set I've had forever and cannot remember where I got it to stamp the "hoppy easter." I free-hand cut the banners. Talk about nerve-wrecking! :-\ It's hard to see in the picture but I lightly shaded all papers along the edges with Pebbles chalks. Before I fell in love with Copic markers I use to LOVE coloring with chalks. I still do on occasion. :) On the white, I used baby pink; on the green, grass green and on the pink, hot pink. The three flowers are made from flower shaped sequins I also have in my stash. I layered and glued an iridescent flower shape over a pink flower shape and glued a yellow Robin's Nest dew drop in the center with Dots glue dots. I originally planned to actually find a needle and thread and use a small bead for the center of the flower but then my sanity returned after I remembered how I cry when I get frustrated working with small pieces and came up with this clever solution. :) I'm VERY happy about that! ;) lol

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you'll leave a comment so I'll know you were here. :)
