Challenge #152 - Food or Drink

I am entering this card into Robyn's Fetish Challenge Blog - Challenge #152 - Food or Drink. I used a The Paper Shelter image called Cool Waitress. 

Here is the card:

I used card stock, twine, printed paper and doily from my stash. I colored the image with Copic markers. The sentiment comes from an unknown stamp set. I embossed some card stock with a Cuttlebug embossing folder. I also used some Inkssentials Glossy Accents on the bubble gum and her eyes and foam dots to pop the image up off the card.
