Delightful Challenges-Get Well Card, 2nd entry

This is my second entry for Delight Challenges - Get Well Card challenge. I am using a Mayzy Art image called Under the Weather Xandra. 

Here is the card:

I used card stock, printed paper, ribbon, twine and button from my stash. The Good Health stamped image is from Raisin Boat's Goes with Hope Medical Gal clear stamp set. I perforated the top of the stamped image to make it appear as if it came from a doctor's pad. ;) I also used some Inkssentials Glossy Accents on the thermometer.
