I guess this is my weekend for cutting it close to the deadline because this is the THIRD post I'm writing all rushed... I do not like that! I need to make me a calendar, checklist, punch list... something... that will keep me on track! :-\ I get all befuddled when I'm in a rush and cannot speak my mind clearly. I'm sure I've got LOTS to say to myself... since I have proof... no one reads my blog... but that's a post for another day when I DO have time to chat...
For now, here is my project:
Here is a close up of the image:
These are the challenges I'm linking my project in to:FTH stamps {blog}: April Free Stamp of the Month Challenge
A Gem of a Challenge: Challenge #117 "Spring is in the Air"
FTH stamps {blog}: i {heart} card sketches w/a tWiSt #62 (The option is "No Cards Allowed" so I made a tag.)
I am a follower of all these blogs and display badges and / or links here.
This is the sketch:
This is my recipe for the card:
Colored the image with Copic markers -
Purples: V17, V15, V12
Greens: G14, G05, G03
Sky: Pebbles, Inc. chalks
I used Liquid Pearls in Buttercup for the stamens
All card stock, ribbon, brad and tag are from my stash
I inked the tag with Colorbox Queue Chalk Ink in Lavender
I outlined the blocks with Stickles Glitter Glue in Star Dust because Stickles makes everything pretty even prettier
OK, I've just checked and I'm down to three hours before the link-up closes so I am outta here.
I sure do appreciate you stopping by! :)
Ema, this is a beautiful tag. Your coloring looks very nice and i like the stickles on it.
