Kick Up Your Heels!

And let's party!
Come join us in this week's challenge at Zuri Artsy Craftsy Challenge Blog! We've got a celebration going on! lol The theme is Party Decor!
So I made this banner for my son's 30th birthday. I know what you are thinking... I don't look old enough to be the mother of a 30 year old! Right!?! lol But I am... I had him in grade school. Teehee!
Here's my banner. Guess what!?! I ran out of ink! I couldn't print out the letters to spell out J-A-Y to place over the three pinwheels so use your 'Ema-gination'! ;) lol

MTTC Inspired by Beatles Music

Come join us for this week's challenge at My Time to Craft, Challenge #307 - Inspired by the Beatles. The minute I saw the word 'Beatles', I got a song stuck in my head and hence... here I am!

Since I've had the song stuck in my head for weeks on end, I thought I'd share! lol
Yellow Submarine by The Beatles
I found the image here:
Colour a Submarine at The Lone Beader
I colored the image with Copic markers and I got stuck on the color yellow. I couldn't see anything past that! Really! Look what I did!
Haha! Just a happy coincidence! Halloween is right around the corner! :D
Come join the fun at My Time to Craft! It doesn't have to be about the Beatles... music theme will get you going as well! :)

Bertie!

Welcome my fellow bloggers! Today is Anything Goes Challenge No. 56 at Inspiration Destination! Can you believe it? I can't! It's been such a blast. I've got lots of insane things going on in my life and there have been a few times I wasn't sure I'd be able to pull it off but I'm blessed with a wonderful... as I like to call them... 'Dream Team'! lol They've pulled it off for me when I knew I couldn't and I'm so grateful for this wonderful group of gals! I love them all!
Oomph! Got off the subject! lol Typical me! I'm here to invite you to join us at IDCB for this week's challenge! We've got the awesome Rick St. Dennis sponsoring us and here's my little project with an image from a collection called 'Blokes'! Ha! Isn't that a riot!?! Some of these images made me think of my dad! In particular this one... I could just envision him in this outfit!

(McAfee won't let me visit her blog anymore so I cannot get the link. It's why there's so many photographs... I was trying to capture the cloudy sky. I thought it came out awesome! lol What else am I gonna say? I did this!)

Carpe Coffee!

Give me coffee... and no one gets hurt... lol
Sometimes... I wake up like that! By the way, at the office... I make the BEST coffee... ever! I like to tell people that... I'm amazed that EVERY ONE always asks "HOW?" lol I guess good coffee is hard to come by! That's the saddest thing I've ever heard... but anyway... I cheat at the office... it's one of those pre-measured filtered coffee bags. Just pop it into the coffee maker and voila! Perfect coffee!

Hey There, Chickie!

Here I am with yet another down-on-the-chicken-farm kinda card! I just LOVE cards that make me think of farm life. As a matter of fact, I've always thought of myself as a country gal but to be a country gal, I'd have to be retired. lol I don't like having to drive into the city for stuff... so for now... I'm an urban gal. Stuff? You know... a paying job... milk... bread... lol The essentials of life!
Here's my make for this week's challenge at Inspiration Destination Challenge Blog where it's ALWAYS anything goes! So join us! lol Nothing says fun like an anything goes theme. Plus... there's THREE wonderful sponsors this week!
