Blessings

Hey all! Here I am... yet again... with a new project for this week's anything goes challenge at Inspiration Destination. One of the sponsors is All Dressed Up.
Click on the images for a closer look!
Check it out! My first time to use washi tape! Did I use it correctly?

Image is Spring Time from All Dressed Up and is colored with Copic markers and EK Success Memory Pencils (the link is just to show you the item). Washi tape is from Office Depot. I created the clouds with Pebbles Chalks and a cloud template I found online from Bev Rochester of All the Things I Love. I'll be honest. I didn't watch the video. I kinda just winged it but I did use her template. I used more Pebbles Chalks to add color to the grass below her feet. Card stock is from my stash. Flower centers are dotted with Liquid Pearls in Buttercup.

Forget Me Not

Here I am to invite you to another week of anything goes at Inspiration Destination!
One of our fabulous sponsors is The East Wind.
I'm here to share my project that's taken everything out of me! Ugh! lol :) My daughter moved out at the beginning of March and I've not heard a word from her... which was expected... but it still hurts. The canvas has been a work in progress. First, coloring it, I used her coloring and, then for the base, this canvas she left behind. She planned to throw it away! Can you imagine? I could never throw anything I made away... I might hang on to it to see if I can finish it in a different way. So anyway, it's NOT entirely completed. I have something I want to add to the upper right-hand corner. I've printed out on vellum the words love, family, loyalty and forgiveness and heat embossed them in gold. Then there's a pocket I want to create to tuck letters she and I have exchanged over the years. I'm not sure how to do it and, also, when looking through the letters to decide which ones to add, leaves me an emotional wreck so it's totally interfering with the mojo! :p
Here it is in its early stages:

Here's a close up of the image:
Here it is closer to completion:
Recipe:
Reindeer moss (it's how it read on the label!) is from The Dollar Tree
Pearl beads are from Michael's bargain bins
Die cuts are from this monthly kit club I just joined! I was kinda disappointed with March's kit. It has a prehistoric theme and I usually cannot think of WHAT to make with these types of images but the dies came in super handy! lol I just saw April's kit and holy moly! It's right up my alley! I think I'll be stalking the mail carrier! Ha! I was actually thinking of cancelling my membership cause it's kinda pricey and we just had some HUGE home repairs right in the middle of tax season! But it's kinda hard to cause I'm a huge fan of the images and I love the coordinated die cut kit! Ssooo... maybe I'll wait and see if I can get through this hump so I can stay in the club. :)
Anyway, I got kinda long winded with personal nonsense but I'd still like to share my canvas with the following challenges, if I may please:

Scrapper's Delight!

And it is! lol I received this freebie from Scrapper's Delight via their Facebook page for the April challenge. My first time to join in and I really am not sure how it works, but I first thought I'd read that I only had to color it but then couldn't find it and then I thought I remembered reading it had to be done by April 14th but then I find I have until the end of the month! So color me confused! Which is what this gal's hair says loud and clear! lol
Colored the image originally with only Copic markers. Today, as I put her together, I went back and touched up a little with colored pencils.

All supplies used are from my stash and the sentiment is handwritten.
I haven't played along with very many challenges this year. I've been overwhelmed by life but the hair makes me want to share her! lol By the way, I saw this hair color over at Pinterest and I didn't have the exact same colors, but I think I achieved the look. It's originally from Heather's Hobbie Haven. I used 100, N8, N6, RV04 and Y13. I only had the RV04! Ha! Then I went back over it all with my colored pencils in black, fuschia and yellow. :)
I'd like to play along with these challenges, if I may please:
