Under the Sea

Here I am with my DT project for this week's anything goes challenge at Through the Craft Room Door Challenge Blog. Our sponsor is Polkadoodles and the prize is £9/$15 USD digi voucher!
This was my first time to attempt an underwater scene. Let me tell you... it was pretty gosh darn scary! lol Here's my project:
Click on the images for a closer look!
Here are a couple of close ups of the image:
Here's a closeup of the 'seaweed' made from pipe cleaners.
Here's the image before I added it to the canvas and covered it with seashells and pipe cleaners! lol
Here's before I got brave with the 'water'! lol
I planned to give this to a grand-niece but I'm having trouble parting with it! lol I'm sure I'll eventually part with it. But for now, it's hanging in my craft room so I can enjoy it a bit. It's the first thing you see when you come through MY craft room door! lol
This is the canvas I purchased at Dollar General. I removed the iron ornate on top.
I've used Meribelle Pearl
Image colored with Copic markers, American Craft Galaxy Marker in white, silver gel pen and Crystal Snow
