Bathroom Art

I had my BFF in OK ask me to color some images for her bathroom. I had shown her some I had colored for my bathroom. Actually, the whole thing started because I was showing her how I had added a BG to this image:
I was not sure you could tell that he was in front of a window with a hedge. LoL It was an accident but afterwards, I thought to myself, he seems surprised to learn he is bathing in front of a window with only a partial hedge obscuring the view! LoL So I showed her this and she commented on the cuteness so then I shared with her some images I had colored for my bathroom. She asked if I would color her some smaller ones. Truth be told, the images I had originally colored were meant to be a grouping but I had printed them out far too big and I had to display them individually. So after I worked out the size she wanted, I resized and colored more for myself and framed them. Maybe I'll share some day! For now, I want to show what I colored for my BFF.
All three images are from Mo Manning and colored with Copic markers.

Summer Solstice

These are some images I have colored up to use on my summer solstice cards 2022. Yes, as usual, I am running late. I hope I can get these in the mail by Monday. :p

I like this image a great deal. I think it is fun and sassy! I've used it before... but only once, if you can believe that! I used bright colors because I think summer is about bright colors! You can find it in this coloring book. It is by the artist, #TeriSherman from Delicious Doodles. Yay! Finally an image that is not discontinued! LoL

I used the same Copic colors for the necklace, ice cream cone, lenses, skin, lips and hair color:

Necklace: BG07, BG05, R21, R12, R11, silver gel pen

Ice cream cone: E39, E37, E34

Lenses: C8, C7, C6, white gel pen

Skin: E04, E13, E11, E00, R20

Lips: R08, R05

Hair: E49, E47, E44

All the shimmer comes from Stickles glitter glue in Star Dust.

All flower stamens are Liquid Pearls in Buttercup.

Pinks: RV 55, RV34, RV19, RV17, RV09, RV06, RV04
Reds: R08, R05
Eyes: G94, G24, G21
Pinks: RV09, RV06, RV04
Turquoise: BG 07, BG05
Peach: R21, R12, R11
Eyes: BG07, BG05, BG02
Red: R08, R05
Yellow: YG05, YG03, Y18
Eyes: C8, C7, C6
I really liked how this was coming along and when I started working on the last one, I saved the nails and eyeglass frames for last and I liked how the white popped off from all the colors and then I got the bright idea to use Liquid Pearls in White Opal! Yeah! It was only a good idea! I could not get the Liquid Pearls to draw a thin line so all I got was blobs. I will show you so you can learn from my mistake. Don't do an "Ema"!
Orange: YR09, YR07
Beige: E31, E30 (I was going for vanilla!)
Eyes: E17, E15, E13
Yikes! Learn from my mistake!

Cheers!

I am working on creating a border for my kitchen using this stamp set. I created the scene to practice and I am not sure what I was thinking when I inserted this SOGgie into the middle of it! But it is OK, because, like I wrote, this was a practice run. I am working up the courage to color in a tile BG splash and wooden floor, maybe even adding a decorative item... or two... on top of the stove... because I have some! LoL
Background kitchen scene from The Greeting Farm Build-a-Kitchen. SOGgie is Cheers - Kaylee and discontinued. I used Copic markers to color the scene.
